Policies —
Shopping Cart — Items are not reserved in your cart. Your order is complete once you check out and receive an order confirmation email.
Limits — We have set limits on some of the most sought after varieties so more people have a chance to get their hands on their dream dahlias! Please respect these limits and be sure to place your orders correctly. Orders including more than the limited amount will be refunded.

Tubers will be shipped beginning in March through April, when the weather in your region has warmed. We only ship within the United States. Orders can be combined with a $3 labor fee per order. Please send an email to hiddeninthyme@gmail.com after placing your orders and make sure to include all of your order numbers.
Order Changes & Cancellations — Once an order is placed, we are unable to add or subtract items. Please place an additional order if there are other items you are looking to purchase. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel that order.
Tuber Quality Guarantee — Your support to our small farm means so much to us and it will always be our goal for you to be more than happy with the product you receive from us. We guarantee that your tubers will arrive in great condition with at least one visible eye. Please inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please email hiddeninthyme@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We are unable to offer any refunds after the 7 days. We are not responsible for any damage caused by your weather conditions, pest pressure, your field/soil conditions or negligence.
Virus Policy — Throughout the growing season, we cull anything and everything that may be showing signs of virus. In addition to aggressive culling, we practice organic pest control, we release beneficial insects several times throughout the season, and we sanitize snips between each and every plant when cutting. All of that being said, virus is still very common in dahlias (80-90% of dahlias have one or more types of virus) and by purchasing these tubers, you are accepting the fact that sometimes virus will emerge. Dahlias showing signs of virus will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer, at any time.
